backend/php code

We need a backend/php code of a website built (not the design), but the php/code end of things. That includes; customer registration, with confirmation, etc. There is a usb uplink of customer info, stats and user info will need to generate graphs, tables, etc. from stats e/m/ail system for users once logged in to communicate with other members member login forums blogs chat other data entry style fields for user input for various aspects backend customer service support, ie. ticket system similar to [login to view URL] Export system of required customer data to be easily imported into spreadsheet Database needs to be able to support large membership base A content based online magazine will be developed in house but will need to be incorporated with the above part of the site within the members section.
