I will provide you with a .psd file that contains one email template. You will need to code each template into html/inline css. The code will need to display properly in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail and Yahoo Mail. My budget is $50.
