Board Game Artwork: Game Store Location

Hello! I need a location drawn up for a board game. I have attached the line drawing for the Hill location but I'm looking for full rendered images with this task. In this task you would be drawing an image of a Game Store or Comic Book Store. This should be from inside the store with comics on some shelves, board games on others, sets of dice, miniatures, statues, tables for playing games and your typical store set up. In order to push the mechanic of this location in the game it would be good to have some dice being rolled out of a jar like you would for yahtzee. Also try to simulate the style in the attached pictures. If you agree to take on the project I will send you some more images so you can better get a feel for the world. I hold the copyright to both attached images. The dimensions of the image needs to be: 4000 x 2800 pixels Included in the budget is a little bit of back and forth. I would like you to send a couple quick sketches for me to approve. Once those are approved go ahead with cleaned up line work. And then go to final render. After each stage is past there will be less and less back and forth. I would imagine something like 4 edits to the thumbnail sketch phase. Two minor edits to the cleaned up line work phase. Then maybe a slight adjustment to coloring/lighting in the final phase. If you are awarded this project you will also need to sign over the copyright of the image to me so that I may use it in the board game, and other promotional material. If this goes well there is more work as well.
