Concept Artist

I need a concept artist who have to work on few concepts. 1. 1 CHARACTER - 25$ - Character Specifications will be given. Outputs: HQ PSD Files of 1 Coloured Perspective View (Fine Render), 1 Front and Side Just Outlines enough. 2. 1 VEHICLE - 25$ - Model Specifications will be given. Outputs: HQ PSD Files of 1 Coloured Perspective View (Fine Render), 1 Front and Side Just Outlines enough. 3. 5 SETS - 30$ - Specifications will be given. Outputs: HQ PSD Files of Coloured Perspective Views (Average Render) of each set is enough. It needs to be new and creative, no copy works but I will give you detailed specifications for the concepts. Quote with your portfolio (Example of your work to show what is fine and average quality to you) and Quote only if you can work on the budget. It's a start up company, so only this budget, but I can guarantee for more works with more pay if good works provided. I need someone who can work FASTER.
