Create an affiliate icon and button to match the two that already exist

I have icons for two services already created - price guaratee and travel insurance. I want to add and icon for 'Become an affiliate" that matches the other two in style. I will need: 1) an icon to match the style and be used at the bottom of the home page at <[login to view URL]> The new icon will go to the right and the travel insurance will move to the center. 2) create a button to match the ones in the left column at <[login to view URL]> I think a dollar sign and cruise ship (not sailboat) might work and ma open to suggestions.
