Design me a Product

Long story short, I need a product designer, someone who will listen to my needs/wants and be able to help bring the concept to life, by developing a design that conveys the branding message and appeals to the target audience. Product Name/Brand: ---- PINK LADY (this is not the company name) Product: ---- Himalayan Rock Salt Brand message: ---- Must convey, value to the customer, that our product is reliable, that the product has health benefits, that the company assures a trusted high standard of excellence in genuine quality, that it's of premium range, that it's of 'gourmet choice', appealing to any level of cooking expertise, but by choice it gives a statement of status and excellence in using it, that any serious cook enthusiast or chef and thus, any household would want to use our product. Target Audience: ---- Appealing to, and targeted ideally to, every lady, woman, female, in the kitchen, but not limited to just the female gender. The serious 'gourmet' cook enthusiast or chef. Copyright exclusion: ---- To have full exclusive right of all designs, artwork, concepts, ideas and work rendered, meaning that I/we (as a business/company) can use, duplicate, own, publish and sell the final products received, however we please. This right extends to include that no other entity, person, business or company, can have any ownership, use, duplicate, publish, nor sell the final product.
