So I have experienced with a lot of Microcontrollers such as PIC, AVR, ARM, Arduino etc. I'm also experience with a lot of sensors and sensor modules.... I'm very proficient with EAGLE too... I have done a lot of projects with Arduino, please check my completed projects and reviews given by other employers...:-) This project seems to be very challenging and we can do it with a arduino mega... How many sensor do you have and of which type??? If you have to use it wireless then you might use Xbee series2 for reliable communication and which will make your project very costly depending on the no of sensor...
