Design, layout and upload a website(repost)

I need a website designed. I want a very, very professional looking site created with approximately 5 pages, with the home page having to be very sleek, yet interesting, bold and striking. The winning applicant will be required to work quickly, professionally and upload the finished product to our servers within 2 days. Apologies for the short time frame but we are under duress. I want a red and black 'theme' (with ebnough white so the pic we've chosen doesn't look out of place' and want it to look sleek, sharp and professional. I will purchase a full version of that stock photo when the site is nearing approval so I can see how it looks before we 100% agree that the pic i have supplied will work and look good.
