Note although I have written in Project Management, this and the other options do not apply. This is a one-off job. The job is based in Whitechapel, London. The meeting starts at 12:00 noon.

Good Day I would like to bid for this project, but as I am based in South Africa, I am not able to attend the meeting with you as required. I would however like to propose an alternative in that that you record the entire meeting using a or a digital recorder or a voice recorder on your cell phone. The file can be downloaded onto your computer and sent to me and I will be able to type it up within 2 days of receiving the file (Verbatim as required) I've a Project Manager by profession but recently left the corporate world to become a Home Based Freelancer. I am able to assist you with all Project Management and Project Administration tasks on a remote basis.
