Hello, I am interested in the proposed project. I have over 9 years of experience in project management, with previous jobs accomplished with Freelancer in this area. Based on my extended practical experience I can provide professional support for the needed project management. In order for the project plan, project gantt, WBS, budget, etc to be developed, it will be needed also the support from one person knowing the overal project information and activities. Considering the project dimensions, I consider that a minimum one month time frame is needed for the initial project manegement documentation set-up, and this is why I offered my services for a 60 days period. Payment: the payment will be performed based on 4 milestones. The milestones will be created immediately after the project is awarded. The milestones will be paid gradualy, one per week (or at 2 weeks), as the documents are set-up in initial versions, and after that revised depending on the support information available from your side. I can develop the detailed project management plan that you need for the 200 MW Coal fired power station. To define the quickest method for piling construction, Do you have the soil bearing analysis? Where will this be constructed? Is there piling companies close by or do you need to bring a company to the facility to do this job? Do you have the drawing for the 10,000 tonnes structural steel work and and estimate of the timeframe to fabricate this or the task is to bid and get price and delivery time?
