Adjust formatting of GAE-based search engine

The task is to make the dynamic page look like the mockup -- i.e., bring the new UI into the python, and update the pagination on the bottom.

It's been a while since I wrote python (I did not write the existing py), but this is a simple task for anyone experienced with GAE. The script itself generates output by parsing output from another source, but that's already written. I prefer this task be done today. I can send you the yaml and py.
