Collect data using Powershell, parse in python and display using netjsongraph.js

I have +10 years of experience in Python programming. I took a look at Azurite project on github and read your project description carefully. What you need is not to modify powershell script. You should add a python script which get list of subscriptions from you and run the powershell script for each of them, read output json files and save them in database hosted in a Azure subscription. I can implement such Python script easily for you. Also it would be simple task to make a web based GUI, which you would be able to select each of subscriptions and see generated graph for that in browser.
