The four stars are - because I once accepted a translation job (English to German) and then after 1 h told the employer that it can't be done in his suggested (utopic) time. I have experience writing scripts reading reports from different file types such as csv, excels, DB to generate reports in my previous job, mostly results are generated in excel formats and sending in mails.
