I have spent nearly five years of my career in different African countries during my tenure with Nestlé Equatorial Africa in various HR roles. I am currently in employment with a local leading company in Mauritius; overlooking the complete HR operations for the entire company. I believe I possess the right set of know-how in different principle areas of Human Resources that instil a deeper sense of confidence in the performance of my work and in driving quality results. Additionally, I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Mauritius which has equipped me with adequate Human Resources insight and helped me understand the theoretical side of Human Resources. I am presently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with the University of London on a distance-learning basis. This degree course is allowing me to blend my legal acumen with my human resources expertise and to eventually build a stronger position as a qualified and experience HR Professional. Furthermore I have attended numerous seminars, training and workshops which have strengthened my competencies, skills and knowledge over time. I have also excellent mastery over five languages including English and French. I feel to be the right candidate for this position as I have been recruiting in DR Congo, Mauritius and Kenya for several positions.
