I have various experiences working in different areas of Human Resources including Recruitment and with more than three years in Talent Development. I am currently finishing my Masters in Industrial Psychology. Aside from my experience in HR, another important skill I possess is the knowledge in customer service. I have worked as a CSR for 7 years handling a US Healthcare and Financial Account.
For the US healthcare, I started as a customer service representative then became a claims auditor for the different products of the Health Insurance Company such as commercial, individual and medicare. I became also a Service Recovery Specialist where I take manager calls, review employee calls and do outbound calls to providers who have complaints or low satisfaction rating to the Company and/or employee to resolve issue and gain their trust to the company.
