Convert house plans from drawings to 3D images

Hello clever design people! We have existing house plans done by an architect that we would like made up into 3D images (of interior and exterior) so we can see what the town houses will look like when the building is done. We want the man exterior image to showcase the full set of 4 townhouses but the interior images are only needed to Townhouse number 3 and 4. These are our needs: What I need is a better and more enhanced external image of our development site – all 4 but the last 2 townhouses (3 and 4 - to the left-hand side of the image I am sending you and on floor plans they are number 3 and 4) they need to be featured more as they are the two townhouses we plan to sell off the plan. What we need is 1. An external image (matching the colour chart I am enclosing) to be completed with vibrant surroundings – plants, people, colour etc. 2. A display plan - three levels - for both Unit 4 and Unit 3 with main room measurements noted (lounge, kitchen, dining, bedrooms etc). 3. From plans Unit 3 (only) – do sample for first floor open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and from kitchen window view over toward the living outdoor balcony – with sample furniture, white kitchen, white stone bench-tops, laminate floor boards throughout the whole house and open timber stair chases 4. Again use Unit 3 as the model (only – second floor - 3rd level) do a plan of the luxurious top floor master bedroom with built in robe, luxury bathroom and retreat etc. All laminate floorboards other than the on-suite which has floor to ceiling white tiles and floor tiles a lighter mocha colour…furnish it to show luxury and comfort. 5. I am enclosing: floor plans for the whole development, colour chart for external building, landscape plan Council approved, some images our designer did when she did the plans plus our specification brief we prepared for our real estate agent to use to sell the property (unit 3 and 4). The images will need to be able to be edited as we will likely want to make a few changes/tweaks while we settle on the finished design. My issue is time - costs. We need this done by next week. Provide me your bets offer of a quote and show me some of your work to date and I am able to sign off on the order within an hour - time is really an issue for me but so is the cost.
