application development for saree / fabric draping to 3D model and rendering

I am looking for a designer or developer for my virtual dressing application. Those who have done similar projects please bid. I would like to see their earlier work before assigning the project. The software must have the following features: 1) Import human 3D model (in obj format) created from reconstructme ([login to view URL]) or scenect ([login to view URL]) or any other better tools. 2) Extract the measurements of the 3D model. 3) Import saree from the scan. (Total saree is scanned and imported into the required format). [login to view URL] 4) Extract saree measurements. 5) Drape saree along with the pleats to the model in the draping style selected. There will be 10 styles initially which can be added more later on. [login to view URL] gives the idea how a saree is draped. 6) Draping should be dynamic as the saree design visibility will differ from person to person depending on their measurements. 7) As it is 3D it shouldn’t be like augmenting the saree as the patch or attachment. It should be like as it is how it looks in case it is wear. It can be viewed in 360 degrees by rotating the model. 8) There should be calculation of pleats and folding where and how to do, so that it can be extendable to any new style later adds on. (Where to fold and how much to fold on the scanned saree is provided in detailed). 9) Typical saree measurements are provided initially to start with, later on when the real saree is scanned it will grab the size automatically. 10) Facility to upload new saree to the system. 11) Facility to add new styles of draping to the system. 12) List all the available styles. 13) Once the style is selected show the list of sarees available. 14) Once the saree is selected show the draping of saree onto the model. 15) There should be facility to see 4 sarees to the same model in their selected style draping all 4 can be same style draping or different. Details can be provided how and what to do exactly. 16) It should be in-store solution no need of web interface.
