ACT Custom Report (Crystal Clear Provider) for Notes&History from Opportunities

My company uses Sage ACT as our CRM. We have Crystal Clear Provider software for custom reports. I need a custom report done where I can pull the information my business development team has entered into the Notes and History tabs of Opportunities. ACT has a similar existing report for Notes and History from Contacts.

Below I have described the parameters and specifications necessary for the report:

• Record Manager: ability to run reports for each record manager individually, or several as a group (could be a drop-down menu, select and add existing Record Managers)

• Opportunity Name: ability to select Opportunity Name containing "2014" or other keywords in the Opportunity Name (similar to advanced query function in ACT)

• History: include the Date, Time, Result, Regarding & Details and Record Manager sections (I want to see whatever details were manually typed into the Regarding & Details fields, this is the most critical part of the whole report)

• Notes: include the Date, Time, Regarding and Record Manager sections

• Date Range: ability to pull data from the last week or the last month.

I want all of these parameters to be options within the same report, so that I can have a very narrow output in the report. I want to be able to select options for all 5 parameters simultaneously. I want this report to be able to substitute for each business development team member's weekly report, which they currently type up twice without the existence of this report.

Developer must have extensive previous experience writing custom Sage Act reports.
