BirdCage Rails 2

BirdCage is a service which I wish to create, the schema is designed, this is all about getting the job done quickly. Its mostly constructing an restful XML and JSON API and making some very simple pages that can be updated later (mostly for populating data and signup for user accounts). The entire project is in GIT hub. What I would like is all the pages which are html and forms completed and all the restful XML API to be created as a first step. Once this is done, Ill make all the pages pretty. Programmers only with a degree or studding Com Eng or Com Sci. All Ruby on Rails. There are 11 tables with a maximum of 8 fields per table. Of those pages all are available via XML and about one third are available via html. Javascript and Ajax can be used if you decide its easier, its not required. I don't mind if someone wants to create it in say Django or some other framework, as long as the framework has an ORM.
