Convert PSD to Magento theme

I require a reporting dashboard to be built that integrates with SendGrid's event API. There will be a single web page that shows: - A list of email addresses - For each email address the email that was sent and the status of the email (Sent, bounced, Spam, etc) - The date of each email The work requires being experienced in working with web based APIs. The SendGrid API expects an end point which will be hit whenever SendGrid has some data to send us.
