ORACLE EBS R12.1.3 PROJECT ACCOUNTING API calls to CREATE TASKS and CREATE ASSETS and ASSIGNMENTS

I need someone for 4 to 10 hours of IMMEDIATE work to create the Oracle EBS R12.1.3 API calls to automatically create a new Project from a template, and create all the workplan tasks, financial tasks, and deliverable tasks that are defined in the Project Template and Template structure. As well, you must be able to also create all the ASSETS and ASSET ASSIGNMENTS using APIs based on the tasks that use or contain a commodity/item that is an asset that must be tracked for capital projects. MUST KNOW PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS and how to process the public PA/Project Accounting API's for creating of all financial, workplan, and deliverable structures and tasks as well as mappings and ensure that the new project contains everything that is found in the template project. ideally someone who has taken the PRIVATE API call that is available from the Oracle R12 forms PAXPREPR and the COPY-TO processes that run in FORMS in the background and generate a new projects that contains everything in the template project. I am unable to get the COPY_PROJECT api to work so I have been using the API's CREATE_PROJECT, UPDATE_PROJECT, ADD_TASK, ADD_ASSET, ADD_ASSET_ASSIGNMENT but the tasks are not adding with the structures so we need someone who can do this and quickly. this can be fixed price or hourly rate. if fixed price we are thinking 300.00 USD if hourly , we would still want a firm number of hours. we think an expert in Oracle Project Accounting that has done this several times should be able to code and test everything in 8 hours or less. But if someone is medium skilled and has done this twice, then perhaps 10 to 16 hours. so hourly rate could be 20.00 per hour for 16 hours totalling 320.00 USD - but we still do not want to exceed 300.00 USD this starts TODAY - IMMEDIATELY... i have the canned API calls for CREATE_PROJECT and it is working fine, UPDATE_PROJECT and it is working fine. I create the project from the project template, and then update the project and add customer info and key members info and then I call ADD_TASK. ADD_TASK api works, but there is something missing. In the Project Template, there are 3 structures: Financial Plan tasks WORKPLAN tasks (this is where most of the tasks are located) DELIVERABLEs the ADD_TASKS is putting all tasks into PA_TASKS but when i look at the project-template online, in project accounting PROJECTS oracle forms, the template project shows all workplan tasks in workplan OAF forms. and when i go to TASKS tab it only shows 3 financial tasks. This is the way they want it. and it is correct BUT HOW DO I ADD the project template workplan tasks into the workplan structures and then there is a "mapping" between the workplan tasks, for example 1.1 and 1.1.2, and those same task numbers in the FINANCIAL plan tasks screen for 1.1 and 1.1.2??? so you see, I need specific skillset that can join me in a go to meeting session where I will pass control to you and then you begin fixing the api calls for ADD_TASK and UPDATE_TASK and then code the API calls once these are working for ADD_ASSET and ASSET ASSIGNMENTS. are you able to do this? have you done this before? are you familiar with the errors and how to display all APII errors? have you ever gotten error code that includes project id=1700000000000000 and erro-code=PA only? i have a deadline that I am very close to not making and need this expertise ASAP thanks mike
