Asterisk Server + GUI and Skype for Asterisk Plug-in Setup

I need an asterisk server installed on a dedicated server (Linux) with some admin gui + Skype for asterisk Plugin. ([login to view URL]) I need asterisk to: 1) Accept a calls via Skype number. 1) Play a pre-recorded message greeting and give 2 options for the user to leave a message or dial an extension on their phone to forward to a phone number through our skype acccount or to skype user) 2) The messages will be stored on the server, and also email the message to specified email address in audio file. The gui admin panel needs to: 1) Allow us to delete old messages from the dedicated server 2) Allow us to easily change the pre-recorded message, by uploading a new sound file 3) Allow us to add new numbers, extensions, skype users to the service (if possible) Thanks for reading.
