Amazon EC2 Windows 2008 Servers AMI

Need to create private Amazon Machine Instance(s).Already own Windows & SQL licences so dont want to use Amazon public images. Image 1 should have win2008 , and be self configurable, allowing input of: hostname domainname(?) allocated elastic ip address new sid and change of MS licence key point to volume mounted as s3 block Image 2 (same as Image 1)+ SQL 2005 installed These instances should be re-usable so that the operation can be repeated. Need to demonstrate feasibility before payment. In this case a 90% completed project is of no value for me. Will bank funds with getafreelancer, and use their PM for arbitration.
