Design a social media campaign

I have a board game and I need as many people in the USA to see it, respond to my advertising, or whatever, and go to my website which is already built, and order it thru Amazon FBA. thats what i need,. If I get replys back from freelancer without explaining how they can do this and what it will cost me , I wont respond. I wont waste my time on anybody who just sends back stuff like ."Hello, i read your project and can do it in x amt of days. It has to be more specific and let me know what they think. My website is [login to view URL] and my game is on there and my 5 minute video. All freelancers interested in the project must view my website and game and then give me there ideas and costs of what they can do and how much its going to cost me to do it. That seems fair enough. This project will be ongoing as well and not a one time deal. So I expect to see a monthly fee to manage a social media campaign for whoever and whereever they think this game will sell me the most games for the least amt of dollars.
