Add Fans to New Facebook Fan Page

I have a brand new Fan Page on Facebook that is about an online blog. It now nees to have the Fans started. I would like to have 1,000 world wide Fans added to the page. Requirements: Must be REAL accounts. No bots, no spammers. Fans that are interested in blogs about social media, making money online and receiving free ebooks. Fans that will be likely to respond to postings on the Facebook page and actually go read the information posted on the blog and comment on it. Fans must all be over the age of 21. Fans that are not in danger of having their accounts cancelled or deleted. Fans must be added in a way that does not violate Facebook's TOS. I'm not really worried about the timeline on adding these fans to the page. I would perfer REAL fans and am patient, although if you can add them within 60 days, I would be extremely happy with that and will give you a bonus on top of your bid price. I'm looking for quality as well as quantity. Payment will be through Freelancer direct transfer. I do NOT do Milestone payments.
