Adding associated pages to Wordpress blog

I need some minor editing work done on my blog theappleupdate.com. I already use a basic plug in that associates categories to pages so that I can have dedicated pages that only show posts in a particular category. However this doesn't lay the posts out how I wish, I want them to be just like on the home page with title and then a short exerpt with the option to read more. i also want each page to only show 5 articles with the 'next page' button at the bottom like on the home page. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
