Clipper (R) 5.2 Rev. 1.96 - DOS Programm translation in actual working Version

Hello, I have a Clipper (R) 5.2 Rev. 1.96 DOS program which should be translated to a new actual working version work with Office 2013 work on Windows Server 2012 under Windows 7 or Windows 8. No Licence restriction of programmer - so every programmer can work and change thinks. Important - Handling for user should be the same as it is now. New Program runs on a Server so more user can work on this. Import is that handling for user totally the same User want to work with arrows up and down and with Tab function as the program works now.
