C# - Client-Server Prototype application

We need a prototype for a Client - Server applications written in C#. The clients will be simple applications that will send their status and status change history to a server application. The server will save these values to a mysql [login to view URL] communication will be done with broadcast messages and tcp requests. Threads will be used for communication. For the full requirements see attached file. Developer requirements: - excellent design and architecture skills - good knowledge of SOLID oo principles - very good C# knowledge - good English speaker - good communicative person. Development requirements: - SOLID principles - unit-testing with high code-coverage - an ORM should be used This prototype is the starting point for a bigger project. If the development goes well, we might involve you also in the bigger project. We want to apply a full development cycle with the following milestones: 1. Design and architecture Initially a design and architecture document will be created, interfaces will be defined. Some code-mock up can be created. This will be reviewed by us and discussed prior starting the development. 2. Development and testing The applications(client and server) will be developed. 3. Post development We'll test the application and the findings will have to be fixed. TIMEZONE: We are in the CET timezone and for the communication reasons we're looking for someone within +- 2 Hours difference. If you don't fulfill this criteria DO NOT apply for the job, it will be rejected.
