HR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM I need my all employees salary details with over times calculation (per hour, per day, monthly, yearly etc) I need my all employees leave details (Emg leave, medical leave, maternity leave, yearly leave, Eid holidays and other government holidays) pending leaves or taken leaves. I need to calculate the indemnity (total years of service with salary) Need attendance setup for employees on daily basses I need to print the salary slip on monthly basis for the each employee. Need reporting system so if we want to find the details of any thing in between two dates Need the picture of employees in the system with their given details Need to find out the employees with their Civil Id or PF number which is assign automatically through the system. Our working hours is 9 hours per day from which one hour is rest period. Entries should be unique. Store Inventory: Need the complete setup for store inventory in which I can keep my complete track of outgoing and incoming things. Materials buy on credit or debit basis should all calculate in the system. Need to keep the details of suppliers and customers in the system. In the system I need to enter the details for example Tanker 30000 liters of capacity. When I enter the command it should show me how much material used, labor charges same like I send you the email about material cost. Then I want to print the quotation for the customers and sales invoice, job cards too Need option to upload the drawing and picture for each asset. Need the discount option Need the extra item add option (If any customer ask to add fuel pump we can add it by clicking on some kind of check box and the price of that item added directly into the quotation.
