Awesome Angularjs - Nodejs - Mongodb project

I have a simple site I want to setup that will let people go to it, fill in some forms (multistage/step wizard) and then create an account to save the form data.

Basically they will use this to define the specs for their project. they will give project details, upload files, and outline some deliverable dates. It will all be saved in mongo db, hosted by mongoHQ, we will write the server side app in nodejs which will be hosted and running on nodejitsu, finally we will use angular. But we will use a template - admin theme - that is already got some of the core of the logic in place. as seen here

Notice it has a build process, lazy loading angular directives etc.. We need to follow these guidelines to make sure we dont wreck this beautiful template. I will be buying and giving you the template.

Next here is what we will be building

When you first hit the site url you will be on a form page that looks kinda like this [url removed, login to view]

after you fill in this and click next, we will see if you are logged in or not, if not we will ask you to make a project account [url removed, login to view]

For passwords lets make sure we are using something like bcrypt here, its gotta be secure

next we get to the first page of the wizard

and finally you see in the wizard we have 2 final steps, These are interesting, here is the first step

[url removed, login to view] the user is going to be telling us what type of thing they are working on. depending on what all they put here we will present a form per thing

after the last iteration of a project is complete we will take them back to the list of all their saved projects, if its a new user they will see just 1, if they have others they will see them here

important to note, when the user is working on their project we should be saving to the server after every X seconds to make sure we never lose data. im open to your ideas here either timer or websockets.

Lastly, i need to be able to share a project after it has been created. I don't know what this will look like so lets not worry with it but lets make sure we dont do anything to make that impossible for the future. the use case here is after i complete this form and save it, maybe i want to share it with a vendor so they can access and read what i have written here.

Please estimate the work here. Ive provided a lot of detail even thought its a really straight forward form and user account i can see you might have questions. please ask up front what you need, make sure you really looked at the screens and that you also checked out the theme/template so we dont have issues later or need to spend a ton of time talking about this.

I care most about keeping the cost on this low, whcih i think we can do since i have spec'd out a lot of the variables, you have very little risk. We also have a wonderful them to take care of the UI for you. we just need to code.

Let me know fixed bid and timeline for this, please also consider ill want some sort of warranty period maybe 2 weeks after we are done. we will work together daily on chat if you are part time then we can find a way to checkin together either daily or every couple days. I need you using github for code and working against nodejitsu so i dont have to sit around and wonder what is done or not. I can be testing. We will use jira for defects and project management.
