3 Storey House design required for a 19X40 Sqft Land I need someone to design a 3 storey house and the dimension of the land is 19X40 Sqft Points to note: > This should include a car park on the ground floor > Stairs will start on ground floor (where ever you propose and I agree) to the first and then to the second floor > On the land, at least 1 Sqft should be left on all four sides for ventilation And, recommended is: > Ground floor should have 1 big Bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 average Hall, 1 Kitchen, 1 store room possibly and a toilet, most likely reachable to any guests > First floor should have two separate 1 BHK houses (Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen), with at both or at least one most likely facing East or North > Second floor should also have two separate 1 BHK houses (Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen), with at both or at least one most likely facing East or North Thank you!
