I can do this for you in 20 min , its a bit simple What you needs to happen here is to create a byte Array DB field in the Database table and create a Function that will store that in SQL from your Datalayer and also create a Generic function that can be called from anywhere in your application that can compress the file to be smaller. now in order to save time , i can do this with Telerik that can show you the Progress of the Uploading and also you can show the users what they have uploaded and also download it back again :)
