Attached is a database started with the needed information. The most important function needed to be created is the Login Security Level (see details below) and the reports (see attached database for examples and details below).
Purpose: Maintain, track and report on non-for profit sponsorship requests.
Login Security Level
1. When user Login as “admin”: S/He will have full access to view, modify (add-edit-delete) all records
2. When user login as “User”: S/He will only have access to view s/his own records only . S/she reports & queries will only have access to their records.
1. Group report (for Admin access only) that contains information on all PA Administrator &Divisions. Report to have dashboard with charts that will compare amounts given to Categories, Divisions, & Nonprofit Organizations.
2. Individual reports that can be ran daily or quarterly that will provide PA Administrator, Division, Category, Nonprofit Organization, Reason for Contribution, & Amount. Providing a total amount at the bottom of the page . Also providing a dashboard with charts comparing categories.
