Consume a webservice WS-Security with x509 certificates for both signature and encryption

I need to create a console application in c# that access a https secure webservice with a x509 certificate, create de security part and the body part. i have already done most part of the work using wse 3.0, but i have an error on the xml structure so the server response is always with an error response. I need someone to look at my code and correct it, or if is easier to build in another way for example using wcf.... in attachment i post the request xml that is require.
