Create C++ DLL for MetaTrader With Prompt and Return

We need a simple dll for MetaTrader (http://www.**metatrader**[login to view URL]). It should have one function called "GetText". That function should have two parameters with text string and and integer for length. The text string should display in a display box and a text box with a length of the passed in parameter should be displayed. The user's input into the text box (when "Enter" is pressed) should be returned to MetaTrader. The coder should create a simple EA to call the function and Alert (display) the result. Code should work in Visual Studio 2010 and written in C++ Please confirm that you have experience with MetaTrader when posting your bid.
