I can propose to you a desktop application (if this is fitting for your needs) that will use a MySql database to store the data. The application will include some administration part, where it will possible to customized it... Add new rooms, modify room category, etc.. and a usual user part where it will be possible to check the availability of rooms , check-in, check-out... etc... Up to now, I realized a billing application customized for my customer that was using MySQL and Jasper reports for generating the bills and different reports... I will consider the application to be in warranty for 6 month after final delivery.
