Create decryptor and encryptor software for .db file

Hi there! We are currently working on a workaround for an app created by a affiliated company. This app will actually generate 2 .db files upon invoking a backup function in the app. The resulting .db files are:
1) [url removed, login to view]
2) [url removed, login to view]
Based on my knowledge, these .db files are encrypted using SQLCipher using a passphrase. As attached are the relevant .so files that I found in the apk file that may help you to find the passphrase if possible. I have also attached the apk for your reference.
So what we want to achieve from this project is for our freelancer to create a software for us to:
1) Decrypt the .db file
2) Encrypt it back to the app passphrase after we are done editing it
And to get this project, we will need the freelancer to send us these:
1) Decrypted database of the sample uploads
2) Encrypt it back once we changed a value in it
And we will test it out. If it all works properly, the project is YOURS!
