Design process, wireframe and then (Phase 2: code HTML 5 responsive app)

I have put a detailed audio document of 20 minutes describing what I want drawn in Visio and to be prototyped. I will pay for the above AND YOU ARE ONLY BIDDING on the ABOVE for now. You ARE NOT bidding on the development of the software (which is phase 2) The second phase (Phase 2) will be to develop the iPad app. I will pay this as a separate project. We can do this mainly in a responsive HTML 5 but the app needs to save automatically at every possible point. (I do not want my customer clicking save all the time). In this way my client can use the software on any mobile devise or PC. Please note that I recorded the voice memo on my iPhone 6 so just make sure you have the correct program to listen to my instructions. Please also note that I want the usage of the software and all the automation so slick that I want hardly any user intervention, and when there is user intervention required, it better be simple using best technology. Example.... If user is typing the address, ensure integration with google Maps API is used so we can bennefit from speed of typing in the whole address + benefit of GPS location and Map. I want you to think of the best of EVERYTHING. Finally, you'll hear in the audio that I want to integrate with STRIPE payment gateway. please take this into account.
