Desktop software for photo studio

I need a new program(pbka), which combines functions of these tree and has additional functions, that will be useful for me.I want to own the sofware and all its rights. I dont want anyone without a license or permission to use my software How do i work right now? As I said, I work with 3 programs: portraitpro 15 , idphoto pro 7 and passport-photo-software. But the workflow with these programs is too complicated. Right now, I transfer my files to my PC via USB or WiFi SD-Card. First, I retouch the picture of my client with portraitprofessional. After saving the retouched photo into a specific folder, I open up the picture with Passport PhotoMaker and idphotopro7, where I adjust the picture into the right format and choose a template. With the template, I can choose the number of the pictures I want to have and print the picture with my photo printer. What do I want with the new software PBKA? what features do I need. My new programm(pbka) should have all function from portraitpro15, passportphotomaket and idphotopro7 In this text, I will mention: User: My employee, who will use the software. Client: A customer in my studio Passport-photo-software: Automated passport making software [login to view URL] PortaitPro: popular portrait retouching software [login to view URL] Idphotopro 7 [login to view URL] and statistic When an employee is working in the studio, I have no way of seeing if he sold a retouched photo (retouched photos cost more for the client, so they are optional), or if he sold a template with 4 or 8 pictures. I have no way of seeing my daily turnover. I have no way of seeing my sales.I want a feature where I can see what I sold and how my statistics are. I want to be able to sort the data. The statistics should also show me if I sold a retouched photo, and in which template I sold it. 2. User (employee) accounts and userrights There has to be an account system in the program, where specific users have special rights. For example, a simple user (employee) account needs all rights to work with the program and sell photos. It cant, however, see the statistics or edit the templates prices, form etc. The admin account can see all the data, edit templates and prices. The admin should also be able to edit account rights. 3. Papercounting After a certain number of prints, PBKA should automatically send an email to the admin, saying that new printing paper is needed. 4. Retouching Most importantly, PBKA has to be able to retouch photos, just like PortraitPro does. It has to be able to do the task as good as PortraitPro. It has to recognize the face of man/woman/kid and age. If it does not recognize correctly, the user should be able to choose manually. The user should be able to correct any mistake or do it manually. 5. Adjusting PBKA has to be able to adjust, that means tilt, zoom or move to fit the norms of the passport, just like passport-photo-software does. Safety I want this software to be completely safe from any kind of piracy as a whole and partly. I dont want anybody to use the software without a license or without my permission. 7. Windows lockdown A system with this software installed should lock down windows, so no third party programs can be opened. A system with this software is only intended as a workstation, so nothing but allowed software should start. The admin should be able to temporarily disable this function. 8. Templates A template is basically the “configuration” of the paper, that will be printed. A template could be 8 small application pictures, or 2 big ones. For passphotos, there could be 4 or 8 pictures on 1 paper. Here a some examples for templates: Template for Passphoto example: 4x Passphoto (4,5x3,5cm) or 4x Passphoto (4,5x3,5cm) with one big passphoto (7x9cm) or 8x Passphoto. Photocounting and archiving PBKA should automatically count and archive the original and edited picture in a specific folder, so that it can be included in the statistic or be reused if necessary. 10. Payment methods​ The client should be able to pay with paypal, EC-card or credit card at the end of the process. 11. Software design The software has to be user friendly and should have a gray color scheme. It should be possible to use this software with a touchscreen. 12. remote maintenance I want to be able to remotely use the computer with the software installed, just like Teamviewer. 13. automatic statistic transmission The admin should be able to automatically recieve the statistics with E-Mail or Whatsapp if possible. He should also be able to choose the interval (every day, week, month etc.) in which the information should be sent. The statistics should also include an activity log. This is the workflow I want to have with PBKA Level 1 PBKA automatically starts with Windows. It also locks down the windows OS, so the user cant open any programs other than what he needs to work with. PBKA shows pictures in a specific folder, where the user can choose the pictures from. PBKA then automatically starts analyzing the picture and starts retouching it like PortraitPro does. It automatically recognizes male/female and age like PortraitPro does. PBKA automatically assumes that the picture is a passport photo. You can, however, choose if its a application image, USA Passphoto or a photo with multiple people. Level 2 After choosing what kind of photo it is, PBKA automatically zooms, tilts and adjusts the picture to fit the norm of passport photos. You can, however, change the settings manually, if PBKA fails to recognize a face. It should be done like Passport-photo-software, where you can easily choose manually. Level 3 After that, it shows 2 copys of the adjusted photo: One is retouched and one is the original. The client chooses if it wants the original or the retouched one. The price of the photo changes by the choice. It should always be possible to undo, so the user can go one level back and change the choice. Level 4 At level 4, the user will choose a template. You can look up how passport-photo-software did this. it should be like that. Level 5 Now the user has two options: He can either “print and send” or only “print”. “print and send” prints the picture with a printer and sends the jpeg version of it with email and Whatsapp. “Print” simply prints it. This is important for the statistics, since sending the file costs more. I suggest you install the 2 programs I use so you can understand the features I need better. End Words I have a budget for this project I need this Software as fast as possible and I need to know how much it will cost and how long it will take. I also want to know how do you want to do it and how you want to implement my ideas into a program. Which methods and technologys will you use? Do you think it will be possible to do in a reasonable time?
