Good morning, I recently completed a project similar to yours and would be delighted to work with you. I would be working with 2 colleagues of mine in their after-hour time, both currently work for a large tech firm here in Vancouver. We can integrate the video and audio recording protocols while providing a proxy real to stream from with event notification. The file system and storage recycle is pretty straight forward. As for the video and audio playback, this shouldn’t be a problem either. The vault, watchdog, configuration of web services and video analytics processing will be tied in together as well. This project will take 35 hours each week of our combined time, of which a base rate of $107 / USD per hour. In total, the project will take 420 hours. The bid I have put forward on your project amounts to the 420 hours and includes the fee freelancer charges. We can have your project completed with-in 90.
