Develop a special browser for specific website (JS injection/modification)

I need someone to help me develop a special browser. This browser is for several specific websites. These are online education websites, on which there are lots of videos we need to watch. Normally, When I'm watching videos, these websites will pop some pop-up alerts every few minutes and pause the video I'm watching. I have to close the pop-up alert and click the play button to continue this video. By doing this, these website make sure I keep watching this video. So the first thing I need for this special browser is to block these kinds of pop-up alert. Then I can play these video without interruption. This is the first function I need. Secondly, there are a whole list of videos I have to watch. I dont want to click them one by one. I need this special browser automatically play all these videos. This is the second function I need. Thirdly, there are lots of exams I have to finish on these website. I have all the answers for whole question bank. I will give you the whole question bank and answers. What I want is, when I'm doing exam, the browser will automatically give the answer for me. This is the third function I need. I want to sell this browser to my classmates then they can use this browser too. I'd like to charge them by video(example: $2 per video). So I need a charging system. This is the fourth function I need. Above are basic function I need, I need a solid developer to cooperate with me.
