Dialer Software

We would like to hire someone to build a voice mail and voice dial system.

The goal is to have the system dialer the numbers in the US and play a prerecorded message or to leave the message properly on an answering machine.

There are 3 functions we would like to achieve:

1) VM and Human - If human, play recording and offer click 1 to speak with an agent. If voice mail and deliver the message to the answering machine correctly within 2 seconds of the beep.

2) VM only - wait for voice mail and deliver the message to the answering machine correctly within 2 seconds of the beep. If the phone is answered, hang up.

3) Human only - wait for someone to pick up and in less than 2 seconds deliver the prerecorded message with the option to press 1 to connect to an agent.

We need each of the three functions completed.

Ideally the system should have beep recognition and deliver the recording at the correct time, in less than 2 seconds after the beep.

There are some other options...if the system can recognize silence and will begin playing the recording within 1.5 seconds of silence...then if there is more noise...the system will stop playing the message and wait for silence again and play the recording from the beginning again within 1.5 seconds of silence.

An 80% success rate of properly delivered voice mail is considered a success. Properly delivered is within less than 2 seconds of the beep and plays the entire message.

Other functions:

We need reporting on the successful and unsuccessful deliveries of the messages.

We need to be able to create and store campaigns with recordings for both VM and Human.

We need call recordings to be able to confirm properly delivery.
