Image/template search/match using JAVA and OpenCV.

Hello, We need image/template search/match engine based on JAVA and OpenCV 3.1, similar to: * [login to view URL] General requirements: 1. match image with the database of pre-existing images/templates using SURF 2. database of pre-existing contains unique images/templates - duplicates are not allowed 3. add/delete/update database of pre-existing images/templates 4. search returns only one result 5. perform position correction if necessary 6. can be easily adapted for other applications 7. support Windows and Linux 8. code should be well documented 9. code, database and searching must be optimized 10. use PostgreSQL as database engine 11. support for jpg, tif, png - A4 and A3 dimensions 300 DPI 12. max response time: 1 sec for 5000 images in database 13. we will provide content for tests - you have to test based on our content 14. provide simple ui for testing purpose 15. Use OpenCV 3.1 Functional requirements: 1. ability to ADD/DELETE/UPDATE/SEARCH/TEST images/templates from database 2. ADD - return: UUID, KEYPOINTS; if duplicate details of pre-existing template: UUID, GOOD, INLIERS, MATCHED, KEYPOINTS 3. DELETE - by UUID or image/template, return: UUID or error 4. UPDATE - by UUID or image/template, return: UUID(updated object) KEYPOINTS(of new object), KEYPOINTS(of existing object) GOOD, INLIERS, MATCHED or error 5. SEARCH - by UUID(compare) or image/template, return: UUID, KEYPOINTS(of search object), KEYPOINTS(of existing object), GOOD, INLIERS, MATCHED or error 6. TEST - image/template (compare with all images/templates), return: UUID, KEYPOINTS(of search object), KEYPOINTS(of existing object), GOOD, INLIERS, MATCHED or error if database is empty 7. debug mode - all details 8. database of pre-existing images/templates is just SQL - do not store phisical files 9. GOOD is geometric tolerance between x1,y1 and x2,y2 and should be calculated as % of img1h, img2w Other requirements: * We do not accept milestones, We will pay 100% after you finish development only.
