Create or port cifs client to Mac OS X

We need a cifs client for OS X, either a port from the cifs-utils or the cifs package from samba4. This will be a part of a pkg installation of samba 3 for OS X Lion an Snow Leopard. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
