Hi, First of all I have to say that 'please do not consider my completion rate', because actually when i finished my last project, I had it 90%. Unfortunately I could not work or bid in freelancer after that and due to that reason my completion rate has dropped :(. Some of my employers have forgotten to mark their projects completed (but they paid me) and that may be another reason for the drop in the completion rate. I have a BSc(special) degree in Statistics with a first class. Currently I work as an Assistant lecturer in Statistics. I have learnt Financial time series and have applied VAR and VEC models to situations similar to yours. Other than R and Matlab, I suggest and prefer the Econometric package, Eviews for your work. I can do your work perfectly using Eviews because it is better than use of R or Matlab. Thank You.
