Customer care for credit card payment user on prepaid card website

about customer care. here is a condition. this will be per month contract.

customer care job:

1. US PST 7:00PM - 7:00AM 12 hour/day, include weekend. 365 days support/ receive or make a phone call to whom contacting us. just credit card verification only. not for other request(other requests, just forward daytime customer care in US)

2. usually, in a day 2~5 calls only. event seasons, 10~20 calls. (it means that real working hour is only under one hour per day)

3. what to do for customer: ask name, address, how much paid - all information are provided on admin page. and then ask what game they want to play.

4. what customer care to do:

1) OK case: answer was correct, valid user = check auto approve and click "Confirm"

2) NOK case: not received call = click "retry" : there are 3 times retry for one order

/ wrong person, wrong answer = click "cancel". ignore order.
