The pay is usually around $2-3 per hour per agent depending on the campaign. I have had campaigns which pay more but usually this is the payout for smaller projects.

Hello! I am very interested in applying for your job opening. I have 6 years call center experience including customer service and inbound/ outbound sales. I am very fluent in English as I studied in International School and all my teachers were American so I was able to adapt their way in speaking the language. I am also an expert in sales as this is one of the skills that I've learned working in the call center industry. In making a sale you don't have to brag about the benefit of once product but you have to make them realize that they need this product that we are offering in order for the customer to think that they should have it. It is like painting a picture in the customers mind letting them imagine what will be the positive outcome if they purchase your product. I am able to start asap and able to work full time as this is my bread and butter from now on since I decide to work full time at home. Meaning I am aiming to work at my best and establish a long term working relationship to my clients.
