I am looking for someone who is able to do deep analysing of given ratings. The final outcome should display the best possible usage of those ratings.

This analysing is related to horse racing. An available software presents ratings for each horse race taking place in the UK. There are many ratings available depending on what information is searched [url removed, login to view] can collect about 10 different rating numbers for each horse which is taking place in a race. Those ratings needs to be collected from the software at different locations.

The idea is to use those ratings to find opportunities for placing bets on a relevant horse or more horses in a race. So, it is wanted to use the relevant ratings at its best.

Your work should be to find those best ratings to be used to get the best results out of it.

- collect the ratings from racecards for a certain period in the past

- compare outcome with the used ratings with real results (outcome of race). You can find results of each race in the internet for a long time back

- if needed adjust to optimise to get better results

- repeat this work as long you are satisfied with wanted settings. The ratings could be downloaded from the software in a txt and csv file format. This analyse is ended when having the following information using all possibilities of available ratings. You need to present me the results of…

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
