I am a Confidential Executive Transcriptionist. In the absence of a template or other explicit guidance; • (a.) common interjections, common contractions, stutters and false starts removed; • (b.) document structured into sentences to enable easy reading; and • (c.) edit and proofread document. For a “normal” audio hour, the actual transcription, editing and proofreading takes about 6 to 8 hours.
