Create Promo Video (youtube)

I need someone to create a short 3-5 min promotional video for my company promoting our product. Video can be animated or live action Should have good marketing aspects so the viewer will be engaged and ultimately go to the website and purchase. Either be able to write the script of I can help you (should be as persuasive as infomercials on TV) if you have a promotion strategy(automated or manual) for the video that will help also
